Frank was very helpful from the moment I called, he helped me get a tow truck to his shop. They were honest about the issue, eventhough it wasn't the transmission itself they replaced the parts needed at a reasonable price. They also offer a good warranty.

I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I initially called for a transmission repair estimate and was quoted a much lower price over the phone. After the transmission was disassembled, I was presented with a much higher bill. Although the price was later reduced, it was still far above what was originally discussed, and I felt pressured because the transmission was already apart. What should have been a transmission repair turned into a month-long ordeal. My truck went into the shop with no engine performance issues, but after the transmission work was completed, it developed engine misfires, fuel system faults, and multiple trouble codes that were not present before. When I raised concerns, the shop denied responsibility. I eventually took the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealership for a second opinion. Their diagnosis indicated damaged wiring near the transmission area. After the issue was addressed, the engine problems were resolved. This left me questioning how the damage occurred and why I was not given clear answers. Communication throughout the process was frustrating. I repeatedly asked for a detailed explanation of what was wrong and exactly what repairs were pe

Took our Toyota van in to have transmission inspected for vibration. What a wonderful experience! Frank (possibly the owner?) could not have been any nicer or more helpful - WONDERFUL guy! They appear to be super honest, don't try to sell you stuff you don't need, and just take care of business - fixing things at the right price. My sister-in-law also just had her transmission rebuilt there and had an awesome experience. They appear to be the "real deal" - honest & fair.

Great prices and trustworthy. Been in business forever. Trans they put in for me is still going strong. They had the best price and before taking the job, explained the possibilities for 2 different prices / level of damage they might find once they open it up, finished the job exactly when they said they would and charged what they quoted which was very reasonable.
